Responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, registration of applicants, negotiating between vendor and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.
- Must be fluent in English, good telephone manner, be able to use a computer, MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE, be able to use a diary and booking system, be good at keeping time, must be able to work under pressure, be able to handle numerous tasks.
- Salary: Basic wage + commission + bonuses.
- Company Benefits: Company car + phone.
- Working Days: 5 days a week including a Saturday with a day off during the week.
- Hours of work: 9:30am-6pm.
- Start Date: Immediate.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Lettings/ Sales: 1 year (preferred)
