**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver targeted SEN support to improve student outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and educators to develop learning plans.

**Job Requirements**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Passion to work with students with diverse learning needs and social needs.
- 3+ years teaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
