My client is a successful recruitment business focused on the Technology, Digital and Analytics and digital media sectors. Covering the whole of the UK, their client portfolio includes a number of FTSE 100 companies, leading banks, retailers and utilitycompanies through to SMEs, service providers and consultancies.
This leading company recruit on a number of levels ranging from fresh graduates, up to Director-level appointments and have won a number of awards over the years. Our client is looking for an ambitious graduate to become a part of their entrepreneurial andcompetitive recruitment team, with a work-hard, play-hard ethic.
- Cold calling to win new business
- Writing adverts
- Screening CV’s
- Negotiating terms of business
- Maintain successful client relationships
- Hitting targets/earning commission and celebrating your success each month

For this graduate recruitment consultant opportunity we are looking for the following criteria:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent - preferable a 2.1 but 2.2s will be consider with excellent extracurricular achievements and commercial experience.
- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
