**Purpose of Office Administrator**:
To provide general support with daily pharmacy operations, projects and patient services to ensure safe, accurate and timely supply for prescribed medications. To provide general assistance to the team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

**Qualifications of Office Administrator**:

- GCSE English and Maths grade C or above or equivalent.

**Key Responsibilities of Office Administrator**:

- To accurately maintain CRM and Healthcare Booking Systems.
- First call of contact for answering telephone calls to identify medicine related problems or queries and bring these to the attention of the Pharmacist or Head of Patient Services
- To manage Prescription Management for patients
- To support the management of enquiries that Patient Services administration is well organised to support the efficient operation of all Pharmacy and Healthcare services.
- Maintain the payment for customers for prescription and updating Accounts Team.
- Managing the bookings and reception duties for Clinics.
- Assist to keep the products and pricing for website
- Asist the team for setting up services and other internal projects.
- To be responsible for receiving and booking patients using the computer system and software for their appointments, and to direct them to the appropriate waiting area, and if necessary to advise on running time.

**Required skills / qualities include for Office Administrator**:

- Good English written skills, good customer service skills, telephone skills
- Basic Maths and IT Literate able to use Microsoft Products
- High attention to details and accuracy and must be able to use own initiative
- Good organisational and time management skill.
- Good communication skills and handling people with sensitivity and understanding
- Data entry skills and multitask

**Hours of Work**
- Part-time hours: 16-20 per week - 2pm to 6pm, flexible working days. Flexible to cover team members holidays.

Pay: £11.44-£11.85 per hour
