At **Cofton Holidays**, we are looking for an inspiring **Head of Leisure, Activities & Retail** to lead and develop our guest experience departments, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

**About the Role**:
As a Head of Department, youll oversee and support our** Leisure, Activities, and Retail** teams, helping them create exceptional experiences for our guests. Youll also be responsible for business performance, ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to department managers and teams.
- Develop and implement engaging activity programmes.
- Enhance retail experiences, maximising sales and customer satisfaction.
- Drive financial performance through effective budget management and sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and licensing laws.
- Foster a motivated and high-performing team culture.
- Act as a Duty Manager on rotation.

- Proven leadership experience in **leisure, hospitality, or retail**.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on guest experience and profitability.
- A passion for creating engaging, high-quality activity programmes.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to analyse performance, manage budgets, and drive results.
- A hands-on, guest-focused approach with outstanding communication skills.
