As a **Leisure Supervisor** you will be requried to coordinate the day to day operation of the Leisure Department, including the supervision of the swimming pools, gym, fitness studios & activities ensuring customers enjoy a safe and pleasant environment.
**Duties include:

- Opening up and closing down
- Following Normal Operating Procedures
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed by the team
- Taking bookings for facilities and payment over the counter or by phone
- Lifeguarding indoor and outdoor pool facilities
- Providing inductions in the gym
- The opportunity to provide PT sessions and fitness classes
- Selling memberships and assisting with administration tasks
- Booking in and taking inductions to new members
- Coordinating pool duty changeovers
- Take part and assist with regular staff training
- Assist with training new members of the team
- Assist in the delivery of marketing and sales strategies
- Ensuring all personal & team KPI's are met
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure any complaints are dealt with professionally

Hours of Work:

- 40 hours a week - hours are distributed via a weekly rota - Includes weekend/evening working - (hours of work are between 7.30am and 8.30pm)
Qualifications : National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be provided) & REPs Level 2 or 3 would be an advantage
Training Opportunities : First Aid at Work with CPR, Ongoing NPLQ training hours, Health and Safety & Fire Warden available
