Were looking for a motivated and confident **Leisure Supervisor** to join our friendly team at **Ashburn Springs Leisure Complex**, which includes our indoor and outdoor pools, gym, fitness studios, and activities.

As a Leisure Supervisor, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy leisure facilities, creating a safe, professional and welcoming environment for all of our guests and members.

**What youll be doing**:
Your role will be varied and rewarding, including:

- Supervising the daily operation of the leisure department
- Opening and closing the complex, following operating procedures
- Leading and supporting the team to complete daily tasks
- ** Lifeguarding**our indoor and outdoor pools
- Providing gym inductions and the opportunity to deliver PT sessions and fitness classes
- Supervising a business area such as H&S, Class Timetable, Activities, all with a view to income generate
- Outreach events in promoting the Cofton Holidays brand
- Taking bookings, payments and memberships (in person and by phone)
- Coordinating pool duty changeovers and staff training sessions
- Supporting daily outdoor activities
- Assisting with onboarding new team members
- Supporting marketing and sales strategies
- Delivering excellent customer service and handling feedback professionally
- Monitoring and achieving both personal and team KPIs

**Hours & Shifts**:

- Rota issued weekly, (planned in advance)
- Shifts between **6**am and 9pm**
- Includes weekend working
- 40 hours per week

**What were looking for**:

- ** Essential**:National Pool Lifeguard Qualification**
- **Desirable**: REPs Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent fitness qualification)
- ** Desirable**:interest in Outdoor activities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, approachable team player with a focus on safety and customer service
