Reception Supervisor/ Administrator

**Duties Include:
- **
- Meeting and greeting customers on our main Reception desk
- Answering customers calls, taking bookings and dealing with enquiries
- Communicating with customers via various social media channels
- Promote excellent customer service at all times
- Responsible for processing refunds
- Dealing with customer complaints/concerns
- Responsible for opening up and closing down
- Support the Reception Manager
**Requirements:
- **
- Experience in a similar role
- 1 Years supervisor experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or similar
- Excellent IT & typing skills
- The ability to multitask

- 40 hours a week over 5 days to include weekends
- Shifts allocated via a weekly rota, hours between 8.30am and 8pm
