**The opportunity**

Tasty Plc are looking to recruit a Revenue & Banking Administrator to join our small finance team based in our office in Fitzrovia. This would suit someone with an interest in finance and looking to broaden their knowledge and experience.

**Who we are**

We have over 50 restaurants across two brands Wildwood (pizza, pasta and grill) and dim t (pan Asian). We are passionate about providing great food and service in equally spectacular settings.

**The Role**

The main purpose of this role is to manage the revenue and banking of the business; to ensure the accuracy of the accounting ledgers and meet the month-end deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- To complete reconciliation between income received and restaurant takings (ie their reported receipts) weekly
- To verify and input restaurant business takings data onto Sage Accounting system
- To ensure that all bank statements are processed on a timely basis in order to meet the month end deadline.
- To carry out balance sheet reconciliation for various control accounts; Amex, PDQ, Cash, Deposits, Events, Delivery services - weekly
- To review Amex, Cash & PDQ control accounts on a monthly basis and follow up any outstanding queries
- To review petty cash expenditure weekly
- Completing bank reconciliation for Finance Manager review
- To deal efficiently with queries from internal and external parties
- To process all delivery service invoices
- To provide analysis for sales and cash variances every month
- General Cash and Banking duties, filing & archiving
- To assist on adhoc projects etc
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure Group booking invoices are issued and payment received - Monthly

**Skill or competency**

You will enjoy working with colleagues to achieve key goals and the ability to communicate effectively to the wider team and external partners is a must. As you would expect, being very organised and able to meet deadlines is important for this role. Juggling several things at once, without losing your professional cool, and maintaining an eye on the fine detail is important. It goes without saying you are confident with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookup and sumifs formulas. We use Sage 200 accounting system, so knowledge of this system is a real bonus but not essential.
