Job Title: Revenue Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly analysis of STR market share and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review Rubicon Demand Position reports and identify future demand opportunities compared to the competition set.
- Conduct Marketing Diagnostic updates for lead time, upsell, room type utilization, package, and promotions performance, etc.
- Act as the owner of future business intelligence tools to leverage analytics for total revenue management approach.
- Identify opportunities to leverage demand and improve revenue performance through last room values/hurdle rates, unconstrained demand evaluation, oversell recommendations, and group evaluations for revenue displacement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel revenue management or related field.
- Experience in UK markets, specifically London and the provinces.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel revenue management software.
