**Installation Coordinator required (immediate start available)**

**Salary**: £25K-28k per annum

**Hours of Work**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am till 5.00pm or 9am -6pm. May require every other Saturday between 9am and 3pm.

**Location**: Wolverhampton

**Job Purpose**:
As an Installation Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for coordinating installations for maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability through efficiency and productivity.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the scheduling of installations.
- Maintain install calendars and contact customers to schedule the installation.
- Arranging and managing Materials, Scaffold and Appointments and avoid/minimise cancellations.
- Assign and allocate appropriate field installation Team with consideration of their specific skills, and abilities
- Communicate with customer to confirm the scheduling of their installation.
- Provide detailed information about installation job to installers the evening before job is scheduled.
- Communicate personally with each installer daily to determine status of job completion.
- Make any necessary schedule adjustments to ensure all work is completed timely, thoroughly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Accurately recording information at all stages of the customers process to ensure records are up-to-date
- Collaborate with the installation technicians to ensure that the installation schedules and logistics are on track
- Coordinate with the installation sites to ensure that pre-installation checklist items have been accomplished and that sites are ready for installation

**Key skills**:

- Good telephone manner.
- Proficient use of computer systems.
- Bookings / Diary Management experience
- Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Must be detail oriented with personal desire for accuracy.
- Customer service/aftercare skills.
- To think quick off your feet and highly organised
- Effective communication with Supply Chain.
- Geographical knowledge and appointment booking experience.
- Team spirit and excellent organizational skills
- Assertiveness, conscientiousness, and ability to work independently
- Experience in the planning, tracking, and improving of work flow is a plus
