Management of your portfolio in Hertfordshire and North London, including regular site inspections
- Set and manage the service charge budgets for your portfolio as well as year-end accounts
- Liaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapport
- Offering a customer led approach when managing the portfolio
- Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to work
- Ensure your portfolio is continuously compliant and up-to-date with relevant leasehold legalities and fire regulations

My client is well established and offer significant training paths into senior management long term or other paths within the property sector; they favour internal progression, and this can be seen through their current senior team leaders. They are a multi-disciplinaryfirm with huge of internal exposure to different sectors within property. This position will suit a team player who is also looking to step into a management capacity long-term and nurture more junior members of the team. I’m looking for someone with the followingattributes:

- AIRPM/MIRPM qualified ideally
- 3+ years industry experience
- Career focused
- Highly organised
- Clean UK driving license and own vehicle

Salary £43,000-£45,000pa
