Based in Brimsdown, Enfield, you will be responsible for managing a team ofTM operatives on various traffic management schemes.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- To work to the NHSS 12 accreditation
- To oversee all aspects of installation, operation and removal of Traffic Management Systems whilst ensuring continual adherence to Health & Safety
- To possess strong leadership and planning skills, have a good work ethic and a proven track record of delivering safe TM schemes
- To ensure all paperwork is completed and uploaded to our database in a timely manner
- The monitoring and mentoring of Operatives and Trainee Operatives
- To possess a high level of physical fitness and be able to pass a safety critical worker medical if needed

**What we are looking for**:

- hold a full UK driving licence
- hold HGV and IPV qualifications with Driver CPC
- be able to work under pressure and make critical decisions
- hold LANTRA 12A Foreman qualification, 12A & 12B, CSCS
- 12D RTMO (Registered TM Operative) and NRSWA would be advantageous
- This role requires flexibility on working patterns and you will be required to work mainly nights and sometimes a combination of days, nights and weekends.
