Working as part of a wide, muti-disciplinary Traffic Management team, you will be an essential part of the Moving Traffic Enforcement service by supporting our back-office procedure to review captured evidence of a potential highway contravention and making decisions to ‘progress’ cases to an enforcement stage in line with the legal and statutory processes.
You will have the ability to work accurately under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be thorough using a consistent approach. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Your role will be to provide administrative support to the team by processing and progressing cases through the enforcement cycle, ensuring every step is compliant with regulatory procedures and that all evidence collected is robust and evaluated in the event the case proceeds to a court tribunal. You will be expected to respond to customer enquiries, liaise with internal teams and external partners and work alongside the Appeals Officer as necessary.
You will need a good command of Microsoft Office Packages and be confident at learning new software quickly. You will also need to have good data analysis skills to help monitor progress at enforcement sites and compile reports.
This full-time role will be able to utilise hybrid working with a mix of working from the office and from home based at Ashford or Aylesford.
