**The Role**:

- **Craft Excellence**: Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks to perfection, showcasing your skill and passion.
- **Be the Face of Our Café**: Take customer orders with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcome
- **Deliver Outstanding Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns with friendliness and professionalism
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe and coffee bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- **Handle Transactions with Care**: Accurately manage cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods

**What we are looking for**:

- **Specialty Coffee Enthusiast**: Previous experience in specialty coffee is a must
- **Hygiene Champion**: Familiarity with food safety regulations to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- **Team Player**: We want some who loves collaborating with team members and working in a team

**The Team**:Join our diverse team of 16 (mix of part-time and full-time) dynamic and energetic individuals, who share a passion and enthusiasm for creating a vibrant and memorable experience for our valued customers

**Salary**:

- Salary is dependant on experience and contracted hours

**Job Type**: Full-time and part time positions available

**Expected Hours**:24-40 hours per week

**Schedule**:

- Monday - Saturday shifts available
- Working hours are between 8am to 5:30pm (shifts may vary)
- Café opening hours are 9am - 4.30pm
- Occasional opportunity for overtime

**Work Location**: In person at our new Garden Centre and café in Moira
