Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do? - Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines. - Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle. - Work alongside other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA. - Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available. - Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager. - Completes daily reports regarding activities What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer? Full UK Driving Licence Excellent Communication Skills Self Motivated Customer Focused Ability to work shifts Ability to work on own initiative Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential What's in it for you?
