Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Take ownership of a caseload, carrying out investigations and writing detailed reports. Serve Section 215 notices on untidy sites, enforce TPO‑related cases and manage breaches of unauthorised development, breaches of condition, changes of use. Communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, providing customer‑focused service. Utilise knowledge of the GPDO and Planning Enforcement legislation, or learn quickly to meet statutory duties. Qualifications & Experience Good knowledge of the GPDO and Planning Enforcement legislation, or an appetite and ability to acquire it quickly. Experience in investigations, reporting and enforcement preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
