Brio Retirement Living are a growing business building new retirement communities in desirable locations across the UK, our aim is to improve the quality and experience of later life and we are looking for individuals who share that passion to join our expanding team at Beechwood Park, Stow.

Working as part of our onsite Concierge Team, the role of receptionist is a customer facing role, greeting all homeowners and customers as they walk through the door, ensuring they receive a top-class experience form the minute they enter the community.

As a Receptionist for Brio your role will be varied, from meeting and greeting, taking calls, dealing with bookings, and ensuring customer service is at the heart of what you do.

**More about you**

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic applicants who have a proven track record of offering the highest levels of customer service. You will be friendly, professional, adaptable, and patient, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels including our homeowners, their families, and our colleagues.

You will ideally have experience in a similar role but more importantly be a customer focused person with strong interpersonal skills.

It's important that you have basic IT skills to carry out your day-to-day role successfully, as well as having a good telephone manner with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the job is done correctly.
