Receptionist (Cemast)

Do you have significant experience within a busy reception role? Is your approach welcoming, professional and enthusiastic? If so, you could be the face of CEMAST

We are seeking a receptionist to provide an excellent front-of-house service for our wide range of customers, both face to face and over the phone. In addition to taking ownership of the reception area, you will be required to undertake a variety of administrative work to support the CEMAST Team.

The hours for this post will be

Monday - off

Tuesday - 1pm-5pm

Wednesday - 1.30pm-5pm

Thursday - 1pm-5pm

Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Total hours = 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)

With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you should be well organised and hold a GCSE in Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent) and possess demonstrable IT skills.
