**Location**: Newcastle - NE12 8BU
**Salary**: £25,000pa
**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Hybrid Working)
**Holidays**: 21 days (increasing to 23 days after 12 months’ service) + bank holidays.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Verisure. In this role, you will support our Procurement Department with daily administrative tasks and contribute to longer-term sourcing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Purchasing Manager within the Procurement department.
- Support the buyers in the team with various procurement activities.
- Process Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders to source products and services for various departments within the organization.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with sourcing projects across the business.
- Aid in supplier qualification and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process runs smoothly.
- Represent the business professionally, fostering excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Respond promptly to requests and instructions.
- Support departmental improvements for continuous development.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Background in administration.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High motivation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Team player with a hands-on approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in a procurement/purchasing role (desirable but not essential).
