We’re now looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Procurement & Operations Apprentice** to join our exciting journey. This role is perfect if you're detail-oriented, eager to dive into the fast-paced world of ecommerce, and keen to develop your skills in product research, purchasing, inventory management, and business operations—all while working with products you're passionate about

**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement & Inventory Management**:
Take a hands-on role in keeping our product range stocked and ready—monitor inventory levels, place supplier orders, and help us refine our forecasting methods to stay one step ahead of demand.

**Product & Industry Research**:
Stay up to date with innovations in the guitar parts industry, researching new components and suppliers, and helping to identify gaps or opportunities in the market.

**Order Fulfilment**:
You’ll be hands-on with our products, managing orders, and ensuring they reach our customers promptly.

**Supplier Coordination**:
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.

**Data & Process Improvement**:
Support data analysis and help improve systems and supply chain processes.

- GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Interest in procurement, supply chain management, and the music industry
- Knowledge of guitars is beneficial
