**About the role**:
The Practice Management and Service Delivery Team is expected to be at the forefront of building and maintaining CySAAS’ cutting-edge cyber security services.

We are looking to recruit for a Service Delivery and Practice Management Support position, to support the Assistant Head CySAAS Practice Management, in the provision of a point of contact / help desk in CySAAS and the recording, assignment and tracking of tasks and portfolio management.

**What you'll be doing**:
Responsibilities will include:

- Undertake the CySAAS Service Desk function, at both the OS and Secret levels, including monitoring and responding to enquiries submitted through the ‘Front Door’.
- Acting as part of the second line support for the workflow and Service Desk tools, in place to facilitate the assurance outputs of CySAAS.
- Produce data outputs in support of reporting requirements on behalf of CySAAS.
- Contribute to the creation of a roadmap for future development aligned and prioritised to deliver CySAAS strategic objectives.
- Provide support to tooling workshops and training sessions, including assisting in the production of notes and in the conduct of organisational arrangements.
- Building constructive relationships with members of the CySAAS and wider CyDR teams.
- Facilitate the triage process for all new tasks presented to CySAAS.
- Maintenance of recording, assigning and tracking tasks within CySAAS.
- Support the Practice Manager & Service Delivery team lead, in the production of information/ issues pertaining to the delivery of services by CySAAS including manpower and funding.
- Produce and coordinate Key Supplier Reports relating to the Information Assurance maturity pan-Defence.
- Organise and conduct tooling user training and familiarisation sessions as required.
- Maintain currency in all mandatory training and keep personal HR and training records up to date.

**About you**:
If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you

We would expect to see some previous experience in an IT service desk environment or support role and ideally you’ll have the following skills:

- Experience or understanding of Information Security Management
- Ability to quickly assess information, producing and presenting credible recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent, accurately and clearly, complex technical, procedural and governance issues to senior stakeholders
- An understanding of cyber security within an organisational context

**Qualifications**: Your experience is key but if you have any of the following industry qualifications, such as ITIL or CISMP, that would be great; if not, we’ll help you attain them. You’ll need to have the motivation and desire to continue to learn and develop and we’ll provide opportunities to gain these in post.
