You will play a pivotal role within our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Clinical Director to deliver an exceptional client journey, support our dedicated teams, and drive the success of the business. Driving delivery of business strategy and supporting continuous growth. Championing exceptional client experience and supporting a positive, engaged team culture. Leading key operational areas including HR, H&S, finance, marketing and client care. Acting as a trusted link between the practice teams and Linnaeus central support functions. Providing confident, compassionate leadership that inspires others to thrive. What you’ll bring Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organise and support diverse teams.
