Driving delivery of business strategy and supporting continuous growth. Championing exceptional client experience and supporting a positive, engaged team culture. Leading key operational areas including HR, H&S, finance, marketing and client care. Acting as a trusted link between the practice teams and Linnaeus central support functions.
