**Chief Financial Officer
- Lincoln - £100k-£120k & bonus**

This role works in partnership with the Group Executive Management team to provide influence, direction and guidance that enables the group and its subsidiaries to effectively drive and implement the strategy and ensure policies and processes are alignedacross the group in order to achieve the business goals. The Chief Financial Officer will personally drive certain strategic projects that have a financial focus i.e. redomiciling, financial due diligence on acquisitions etc. They will provide monthly Groupfinancial reporting to the Group Executive team and quarterly reporting to the Board and ensure that the group remains compliant within the various regulatory frameworks it operates in.

**The role of the Chief Financial Officer**
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Responsible for several major financial, commercial and strategic projects
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans and corresponding performance measures supporting these plans
- Manage implementation of redomiciling process
- Manage and implement relisting process as and when required.
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Prepare valuation models/Board justifications for mergers and acquisitions
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
- Oversee Contract negotiations
- Preparation and release of RNS (Regulatory news service) announcements within the requirements of the Listed environment and liaising with Sponsor
- Maintain and improve on stakeholder relationships (IR/PR)
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory matters within each subsidiary
- Oversee the financial operations, reporting and controls of subsidiary and foreign operations within the established structures
- Oversee the external audit process and maintain relations with external auditors, investigate their findings and recommendations
- Oversee local and international tax processes and filings to ensure compliance
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
- Manage the human resources function across the Group through functional reporting lines in the subsidiary
- Oversee relevant HR related processes and policies and ensure best practices implemented within country specific regulatory frameworks
- Team management
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Human Resource experience an advantage
- 5 - 8 years post qualified experience of which at least 3 years are in a Group FM/Senior Manager/divisional CFO role ideally within a listed company
- Operational (preferably manufacturing) and/or Corporate Finance experience
