**Accounts Administrator - Accounts Payable - Part Time - Central Newcastle** - Excellent pro-rata basic salary - Small friendly team.

The European HQ for a very stable, growing, business is in the centre of Newcastle and due to a mini reshuffle and growth we are looking to recruit, for our client an administrator with excellent experience of basic accounts admin duties with a little extraadmin and client liaison experience thrown in.

Pro rata holidays (Superb as a Euro/Chinese business) and a great team.
**You will be able to go to the office 1-2 days a week and be able to complete 20-25 hrs.**

This is a permanent position with some flexibility and guaranteed longevity.

**Accounts admin duties as follows**:

- Supporting the 3rd party accountants and HR consultancy with various administration duties
- Monitoring bank accounts
- Account reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Managing office space and facilities, contracts and supplier agreements.
- Ordering stationary and any ad hoc office, team support tasks that arise.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A good communicator with self confidence who has 2 years plus experience of the main accounts admin requirements above
- We are looking for someone with common sense and an inquisitive nature who is organised and pro active
- You will have done a similar accounts admin based role previous and part time hrs will suit.
- There is a possibility of 1 day at home but we are looking for someone who would like to be part of the team and be involved.
- You must be easily commutable to Newcastle city centre - there is no parking but metro stops are within 5-10 minute walks
- We want a team player that has a great attitude and can roll their sleeves up and help support the team.
