As an Accounts Administrator, your role will be to work alongside other Finance team members ensuring financial transactions and processes are maintained. You will have a good eye for detail, a focus on quality, timeliness and accuracy, and be comfortable working with people across the business.
Our modern offices are located in Hoults Yard, nestled on the outskirts of the vibrant Ouseburn Valley. This area boasts a thriving creative community, rich local heritage, and a lively social scene.
**About the opportunity**:
This position supports a fast-paced finance team with a focus on processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with monthly credit control and reporting tasks. The role involves working to set deadlines, maintaining adherence to policies, and contributing to the smooth running of finance operations. It also includes gathering data for reporting, providing departmental cover when needed, and helping improve processes in collaboration with other teams.
**About you**:
You’ll bring experience using Excel and accounting software, along with a clear and analytical approach to working with financial data. Strong organisational and communication skills are important, as is the ability to work collaboratively to solve problems and support reporting needs across the business.
