**Role Overview**
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented **Office & Events Administrator** to support our venue operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative processes, managing contracts, and assisting with event coordination. You will be responsible for handling client documentation, maintaining records, and supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding events.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all administrative tasks related to venue bookings and client contracts.
- Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, payments, and client records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings and venue viewings.
- Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant teams.
- Support the sales and events teams by preparing documentation, checklists, and reports.
- Assist with general office duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide on-site support during events when required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the wedding, hospitality, or events industry.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with booking systems.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for the wedding and events industry is a plus.
