**Job Summary**
**General Responsibilities**
- Assisting directors, finance & project managers with daily general administrative tasks
- Collate and file weekly employee timesheets for finance review
- Collate and file weekly employee van stock check lists
- Collate and file monthly vehicle check sheets.
- Review upcoming vehicle maintenance schedule for planed services such as MOT, TAX & Insurance
- Booking / organising accommodation to suit projects when needed
- Accept and arrange office deliveries for dispatch to site
- Arrange return materials to relevant suppliers
- Arrange, log and monitor CSK & hire equipment for relevant sites
- Manage inbound business calls and divert to the relevant department
- Issue and assign purchase orders to all material and operational purchases throughout the business
- Monitor employee training matrix and training progress
- Receive, log and submit holiday requests to upper management for review and approval.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite's such as word, powerpoint & Excel.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in data entry and typing accurately
Pay: £19,499.00-£20,425.00 per year
