Job Introduction
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to managers and team members within a nominated team(s). The role will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks e.g. the handling and direction of queries, maintenance of records, acting as the first point of contact for the team, coordination of projects and activities.

This role directly supports the above vision and therefore is critical in dynamically driving forward the aims of the Charity.

**AIM OF ROLE**

This role provides support to the Account Management team based in London and Salford, to ensure the effective delivery of our relationship management functions. This role can be based in either Salford or London and will report to the Senior Account Manager.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Corporate Partnerships team, helping to deliver successful partnerships and support team to implement a year round engagement strategy
- Administrative duties will include (but are not limited to) coordinating meetings and team communications, minute taking, managing financial, legal, operational and events databases and arranging project visits
- Manage the relationship and be the point of contact for a small portfolio of corporate fundraising partners to ensure that the charity is offering a proactive and supportive service to their fundraising colleagues
- Coordinate the delivery of an annual partner event, leading on the communication and logistics and working with the team to coordinate the running order, content, key speakers.
- Liaise with wider charity teams including Commercial (Marketing, Trading, Events and Income Generation), Editorial, Operations, Impact and Insight teams to track partner requirements, co-ordinate fundraising materials and initiatives and track deadlines
- Co-ordinate a year round calendar of events/engagement and work with the team to ensure relevant partner support and successful implementation
- Project manage key fundraising opportunities and provide support to individuals across the team
- Represent the partnership, charity and wider BBC at internal and external meetings and events
- Any other duties, which are deemed appropriate to the role, which may be required to enable the charity to operate efficiently

**Knowledge Skills & Experience**
- Experience of managing key stakeholders and managing programmes to drive revenue and engagement
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience of working with a team to organise events and making relevant recommendations based on any learnings
- Excellent written and presentation skills with an ability to use your own initiative and prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and develop relationships

Desirable
- Experience and understanding of mutually beneficial corporate partnerships within a commercial context
