**A little about you and what you will be doing**

This is a great opportunity for a People Partner who is fantastic at building trusted relationships and that is able to proactively partner with key stakeholders across the business. You will be an integral part of a team which aims to ensure we are treating our employees fairly, are getting the best out of our workforce and ensure the right policies, processes and solutions are in place to enable managers to engage and motivate their employees.

This role will also see you working with our managers to oversee employee related processes, such as disciplinary, grievance, organisational restructures or redundancy and working on succession planning and development to promote people focused conversations.

Being a a strong team player is key as you will be working collaboratively with our close-knit People Team to provide insights to support people initiatives for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Wellbeing and Engagement.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience, in either a high level HR Advisor or a HR Manager role.
- Good knowledge of Company processes with the ability to implement them in practice.
- Experience of managing HR related projects including planning, prioritising and communications, delivering to tight deadlines.
- An intermediate level of experience on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience is desirable and an advantage.
- Experience working in a face paced environment with sales and service functions would be advantageous.
