Committees Operations Manager

A London-based Insurance firm is looking to bring on a Committees Operations Manager to establish then lead a team ensuring the smooth management and operation of client governance and committee framework, acting as the main point of contact across thecompany and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of client governance and committee framework
- Responsible for setting, managing and communicating company’s committee schedule, including tracking attendance, membership etc
- Facilitating the smooth operation of committee meetings specifically: - Client and Syndicate Boards / Management Committees - Client Underwriting, Reserving and Investment Committees
- Regularly liaising and coordinating with the Company Secretarial team as required
- Responsible for organising and maintaining committee agendas, and for coordinating, reviewing and publishing meeting papers in line with defined service level agreements
Experience in a similar role is essential
