**Hybrid role**

This well-respected global organisation based in the City (EC2) is currently seeking a Services Operations Executive to join one of their busy teams supporting the needs of its membership and committees.

Reporting to department manager, the Committee & Operations Executive will maintain awareness of the department initiatives and objectives in addition to the organisations thought leadership. This will be achieved via extensive liaison with stakeholders at all levels to include Senior Committee members and representatives.

You will arrange Committee meetings which you will attend and annotate in the form of minutes for distribution, draft agendas, distribute papers and conduct research on issues and follow-up action points. You will also organise and attend events and make arrangements for business travel and provide excellent administrative support which will include the organisation and attendance of meetings and events.

You will additionally provide day-to-day operational support to internal parties and other bodies related to thought leadership activities. Duties may differ on occasion therefore you will need to be flexible in tasks allocated.

As the role involves high levels of contact with stakeholders and representation of the organisation at meetings it is therefore suited to someone with excellent inter-personal skills.

**This role is vacant immediately and Interviews will be arranged quickly.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
