The role of Business Support Executive is working for an extremely friendly, professional, and relaxed membership organisation with stunning offices have a great culture and a family feel which encourages everyone to be the best they can be

Main Duties & Responsibilities;
- Provide support and assistance to new and existing member branches.
- Act as point of contact for day-to-day administrative and project support for branch committee members.
- Provide support to branches for the promotion of events, contact list management, developing programmes and AGM notices.
- Provide guidance on establishing new Chapters and Branches, to support the creation of business plans.
- Once new Chapters/Branches are approved, provide all necessary assistance to help the Committee to establish the Chapter/Branch.
- Assist with marketing projects, research and generally help out the marketing department with chapter and branch development marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, especially the Membership Teams, Marketing and Events.
- Attend events, committee meetings and functions as and when required.
- Act as Committee Secretary to Branch Development Committee and Regional Committees as required.
- Provide project support to Regional Chairs and Committee members as requested.
- Remain current with policies, governance, election protocol and procedures.

Experience required:

- Proven membership body experience, preferably within a committee support role desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable attending networking events.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, initiative and time management.
- Experience of working with committee members and members generally.
- Competence in Microsoft office and experience with databases, a CRM database would be an advantage
- Experience of working in a team support role or PA / EA role
- Must have exceptional time management skills and the ability to deliver under pressure to tight deadlines.
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
