International Recruitment Administrator

Salary - £25,000 TO £27,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities:
To support overseas applicants with travel and accommodation requirements, ensuring a warm welcome to the UK.
To oversee compliance requirements, ensuring that all regulatory aspects of the hiring process are fulfilled.
To work closely with the operational team in managing the development and performance of current employees.
To liaise with our external legal advisors and follow the disciplinary procedures if required.
To generate reports and data in relation to recruitment, retention, and general HR processes
To work proactively with the senior management team on recruitment issues to improve processes and procedures
Implement company policy and procedures in relation to managing absence, annual leave, capability and grievance matters.
