**About the Role**
- **_ As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:_**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration process including job posting, co-ordinating interviews and supporting recruiting managers
- Liaise with external recruitment partners to build visibility and awareness
- Ensure applicants have a great recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Coordinate recruitment events and maintain accurate records on our Applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in recruitment practices and support EACH in building an inclusive workforce
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and company policies
- Supporting the wider HR team with general administration when required and other recruitment initiatives as needed

**_ What We’re Looking For:_**
- Strong administrative experience in a busy office, ideally in HR support or recruitment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- A commitment to EACH’s values of empathy, respect, and quality.
- Awareness of recruitment compliance, data protection, and equality regulations knowledge would be advantageous:
