**Overview**
MAST Security are recruiting a Head Door Supervisors to work at an High end roof top Cocktail bar

Approx. 40+ Hours a week depending on venue requirements. hours will increase for the summer.

Security team varies between 1-6 guards.
- **EXPERIENCE WORKING IN BARS, PUBS, OR NIGHTCLUBS**:

- Head Doorman experience.
- SIA licence in Door Supervision/CP
- Must be polite, confident and professional
- Comfortable working around alcohol
- Be able Work well in a team
- Extremely reliable
- Well groomed
- Minimum 1-year experience

**Duties**
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention by identifying suspicious behaviour and reporting it to management.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or directions as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a cohesive approach to safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a security or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential risks or issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe environment for all individuals on the premises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
