Paid Digital Media Specialist - Hybrid (London or Birmingham, 3 days a week in-office)

If so, read on. We’re looking for a Paid Digital Media Specialist to design, deliver, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and beyond bringing RICS to new audiences worldwide and directly supporting our commercial growth.
**Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities**
What will the role involve? As our Paid Digital Media Specialist, you will:
- Design, execute, and maintain results-focused PPC, display, and paid social campaigns.
- Partner strategically with teams across the business to ensure paid media supports organisational goals.
- Write and optimise ad copy that captures attention and converts.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure creatives land with the right audience and format.
- Analyse campaign data, deliver insights, and recommend optimisations.
- Manage budgets and report monthly on performance.
- Stay ahead of paid media trends and identify new platform opportunities.
- Work with external agencies for training, audits, and creative support when needed.
**About You**
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who’s fun, tenacious, and driven. A creative thinker with a results-first mindset. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing and optimising paid social & PPC activity (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Hands-on experience in paid media experience.
- Strong copywriting skills and creative flair.
- A solid understanding of keyword strategy, bid pricing, and audience optimisation.
- The ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI.
- An agency background (a plus, but not essential).
