We are looking for a **Senior CRM Executive** to join our Ecommerce team

**Location of the role**:London (SE1) & Flexi Home Working

**Brands you will be working on**: REN Clean Skincare, Murad, Living Proof. & Kate Sommerville

**Department**:Ecommerce

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
Support the execution of the CRM strategy covering launches, propositions and promo-related marketing communications as well our triggered communications and encompass end-to-end involvement with planning through implementation and reporting, including:

- Accurate reporting of CRM KPI’s using GA, Simon Data, and other in-house tools
- Support CRM Manager in leveraging CRM insights and best practices and work closely with different teams including eCommerce teams and Marketing teams at local and global level
- Work together with the CRM Manager to develop and analyse test and learn strategies, in order to optimise campaigns effectiveness
- Support CRM manager with the customer loyalty programme
- Support Customer Care team to resolve CRM-related customer queries related to accounts, orders, unsubscribes, etc

- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Strong project management/organisational skills
- Great attention to details
- Excellent copywriting skills and passion for beauty
- Analytical, proactive and flexible approach
