Senior CRM Executive (data-driven)
to own experimentation, optimization, and lifecycle marketing across a unique portfolio
The Opportunity
You'll lead CRM activity across multiple business units, each with its own customer journeys, product lines, and growth challenges.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of data-driven lifecycle programs
- Build and optimize multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, direct mail)
- Align lifecycle campaigns to KPIs: retention, engagement, churn, loyalty & LTV
- Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM performance; drive continuous optimization
- Champion A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, content, and targeting
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies informed by behaviors and purchase patterns
- Partner with design, copy, product, and commercial teams to execute CRM deliverables
- Lead growth projects, including new product and feature launches
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing
- Experience in Consumer, Beauty or Wellness sectors preferred
- Experience owning CRM across multiple lifecycle stages
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Iterable, etc.)
- Confident with analytics, A/B testing, segmentation & performance reporting
- A passion for personalization, customer journeys, and delivering exceptional experiences
