We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Event Operations Supervisor to join our Events team. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every event runs smoothly—from set-up to close-down—while leading and motivating the team on the floor.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of all events, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.- Work closely with the Events Manager and other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.- Lead, coach, and support the events team during service.- Monitor event timelines and respond proactively to any last-minute changes.- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times.- Support in stock control, staff scheduling, and operational planning.

Salary: £13.28 p/h + tronc, plus benefits
