Evergreen Lodge provides nursing care for up to 40 younger people suffering from mental health conditions.

We are looking to recruit an experienced night care assistant to join our friendly team. Care at Evergreen is person-centred, while staff work to encourage residents to remain as independent as possible, respecting their dignity at all times, and positively enhance the lives of the individuals in our care. In addition, staff have the opportunity to complete additional training to learn new skills and develop existing ones.

Each staff member is fully-supervised and has an individual learning and development plan to ensure the care being delivered is professional, competent and of the highest standard at all times. Our home has a team of activities co-ordinators who work to ensure residents have access to a varied programme of activities,

So as a Night Care Assistant what do you need to do to make this happen?
- Communicate professionally and warmly with all visitors to the home including family and friends
- Provide friendship and supporting to our residents needs
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
- Work as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-36 per week

**Salary**: From £10.70 per hour
