As one of our highly-valued Support Worker/Care Assistant, you will work as part of a team with our client who has Parkinson’s Disease, he is a lovely gentleman who lives in supported living with his wife. You will support with all his personal care requirements,food and nutrition, medications and allowing him to access the community and places he used to enjoy visiting. We are looking for an additional member of staff to fulfill his team.

We specialise in nurse-led care for adults and children with a range of disabilities suchas spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis and Muscular Dystrophy.
