**HR Assistant**
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant, to join our busy HR team based in Elmswell Suffolk, working full time/40 hours a week. This is an office-based role.
You will work closely with the HR & Office Managers and will be assisting with the day-to-day HR workloads. This is a new role for the organisation and some flexibility is required.
**Duties will include -**
Assist with new adverts, job descriptions and person specifications, update existing documentation.
Assist with advert placements.
Monitor responses, book calls and interviews for HR manager and team members.
Liaise with other departments for new and leaving team members
Assisting with Maternity and Paternity documentation
Filing the documentation as required
Liaise with office manager for new starters and leavers as required
**Other Information**
The role will be varied from day to day and it’s a busy one
We are seeking a team player to assist with this newly created role.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
An interest in HR
Excellent communication skills
Excellent literacy skills with a high level of attention to detail
Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
Five A*-C grades (GCSE) or equivalent
**Desirable**:
Working towards HR qualification
Some previous experience in HR
