**Head of Treasury**
Hybrid location: working from home and our Head Office
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary circa: £70,000 depending on skills and experience plus a car allowance of £5,055 pa plus brilliant benefits

As our Head of Treasury, you’ll work for Steve, our Director of Treasury and Investor Relations. You’ll provide effective monitoring and management of the group’s liquidity position ensuring that all group companies have access to the cash and funding theyneed to deliver their business plans.
To support our business growth, you’ll develop effective relationships with lenders and investors working with them to secure new borrowings. You’ll also provide high quality information to the Executive team, Board and other stakeholders on our treasury positionand activities generating confidence that our finances are well managed.
**About you**
You will have a professional finance/ treasury qualification or equivalent with strong technical accounting experience. You will have significant experience of core treasury management activities, including cashflow and liquidity management, covenant management,securitisation and raising new funding.
As a great influencer, you will negotiate positive commercial outcomes with our funders and will be able to understand and articulate the financial implications and risks of different options making recommendations on the best course of action.
As a true collaborator, you build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to support business growth.
