**Job Summary**: Macdonald & Company are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a boutique, Central London, multi-disciplinary practice who are seeking an Office Leasing Agent to grow the team. The firm specialise and give expert advice across the development, capital markets, leasing (traditional and flex), occupier advisory, lease advisory and PropTech space. The highly experienced team focus on the Central London market and are looking to continue their impressive growth which already comprises of a team of 20+.

The role will assist with viewings, negotiations, marketing and deal progression, working with the dynamic leasing team and focusing on the City and West End markets.

Expectations of a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor
- Must be MRICS qualified
- Experience in working in a fast paced agency role or similar
- Experience in the central London office market is preferable but is not essential
- Contribute to a collaborative culture which has a strong focus on team work
- Hard working with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and team members
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and driven
- Personable with a strong ability to articulate and negotiate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage time-pressures, working in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a niche business
- An interest in creative digital marketing, social media, design, technology and innovative ways of delivering results for clients
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
