**The Role**

You will be based in Nottingham, however travel will be required to other sites with travel, hotels and expenses provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Early Careers**:

- To coordinate and support the various talent programmes within the business.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure monthly reporting is received, updated and fed back to relevant people.
- Arrange regular reviews with employees on talent programmes and complete relevant paperwork.
- Plan and arrange site visits for early talent programmes.
- Support the organisation of team building/nights out/catch up sessions.
- Work with the Group Talent, Communications & Engagement Manager to run select internal networks and groups.
- Support the recruitment of early career talent programmes.
- Book accommodation.
- Update and maintain company documents.
- Represent the business at relevant internal and external events and where there are opportunities to, passionately and credibly inform our future pipeline of talent.
- Ad hoc duties as required for the role.

**Communications & Engagement**:

- Support in organising and promoting engagement activities across the business.
- Maintaining and updating of the group intranet page.
- Support in creating and posting on our social media platforms to show the great activities that represent our culture and business.
- Produce relevant branded communication documents across various media platforms.
- Order and coordinate promotional materials.
- Update and maintain communications and engagement calendar.
- Ad hoc duties as required for the role.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade A* - C/Grade 4 - 9) Desired
