**About the role**

The Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 3) is designed to immerse you into the exciting world of Talent, Leadership and Engagement at Boots, learning on the job to showcase your newly developed skills.

Our team is continually generating creative and engaging solutions and this role is responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering insight led learning, talent and engagement solutions that meet the needs of our customers, team members and business

Support the design and delivery of interventions across the Talent, Leadership and Engagement portfolios - including Employability and Apprenticeships and partner with L&D Specialists, Digital Designers, L&D Managers, SMEs and key stakeholders to consult on the best way to deliver and design learning across a variety of mediums.

You will complete your Apprenticeship (Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3). We will help you develop the skills and expertise that you need to become a Talent, Leadership and Engagement specialist of the future and you’ll also have access to functional and role specific training to help set you up for success.

**What you’ll need to have**

Maths and English GCSE (C+/4+ or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards Functional Skills Maths and English.

- Excellent communication skills and relationship builder, an ability to work well as part of a team and with different internal and external stakeholders at one time
- A passion for learning and development
- Interest in unlocking insight from data
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
