**Being A Maintenance Assistant at Campanile hotel Glasgow**

You’ll be a natural team player and be able to see the bigger picture in an environment where there is always something happening. As a Maintenance Assistant you will be critical to the business. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be an effective communicator and have great time management skills.

**As a Maintenance Assistant you will be involved in duties such as**:

- Implement & respect chain's SOP
- Implement corrective action after guests review, mystery visit and complaint letters
- Implement internal purchasing procedures
- Select local suppliers
- Order product
- Manage departmental storage inventory - Execute preventative maintenance plan. Execute day to day maintenance
- React after breakdown in service - React in case of internal / external breakdown in service. Lease with nominated supplier for PPM

Knowledge and Skills required:
**Training**
- Qualification in at least one specialist area (Electricity, plumbing, gas )

**Experience**
- Prior experience (1 years) in general maintenance

**Expertise**

(job-knowledge, technical skills)
- Ability to understand and follow guidelines
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Good maintenance technical skills
