**Job Summary - 3 days per week minimum.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and irrigation.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance projects.
- Assist in landscape maintenance by planting, pruning, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Ensure that all garden areas are kept tidy and free from debris.
- Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify any maintenance needs or potential hazards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects as required.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, including planting and irrigation methods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to garden care and maintenance.
