NC Associates are supporting our client who are a leading organisation with the recruit of an Accounts Assistant to join the team based in Deeside. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the finance department and Finance Manager.

**Duties**:

- Completing purchase orders.
- Maintaining company ledgers.
- Managing day-to-day transactions.
- Processing daily bank payments and receipts.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Reporting on creditors.
- Processing of creditor payments and invoices.
- To maintain records, in both electronic and manual files, by accurate filing and storage of data.
- Carry out accounting procedures.
- Prepare invoices and advise accordingly.
- Preparation of invoice discounting bank upload.
- Maintain your own safe and tidy work area and be conscious of the safety of others.
- Assist in other clerical functions as required.

**Essential Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Studying AAT - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills
